Having known Malcolm for at least 25 years l have found him to be one of the most honest and straight men l know.
Since his purchase of Ellie Jake Farm we have sourced quality Beef Lamb and rare breed Pork from him on numerous occasions. It has always been a pleasure to visit his holding, one of the cleanest farms l visit and quality well cared for animals.

We visited ELLIE JAKE FARM during the Spring of 2016.
We were there to see a litter of Border Collie pups, that had been born a few
weeks earlier.
The pups and Mum where in a perfect environment, and we're enjoying the best
start in life possible.
During the visits Rachel was happy to show us around the farm buildings and
surrounding land. We were left in no doubt that all the animals on the farm
Alpacas, Sheep, Chickens, Pigs, Dogs etc, we're looked after in the best way
possible. It was also apparent from speaking with them, that Rachel and Malc
we're not in 'it' to make money, as they would only let the pups go to a home
where they would be treated correctly. If not they would keep the pups
together

It was my good fortune to meet Rachel and Malc Speak last year when I was looking to purchase a Tamworth pig. Upon visiting them at Ellie Farm it was immediately obvious that these people were passionate about the wellbeing and care of their animals. Every single animal, paddock, pen and barn was kept in beautiful condition.
I did purchase from them a Tamworth and her eleven piglets, I also bought two pet lambs and all of them have been an absolute delight. Rachel and Malc not only sold me the animals, they have also been a huge source of help, information and friendship. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them no matter how many phone calls and text messages I send them, they are always there to help.Beverley Taylor
